Does not work with access control keypads

Looks like DOA. The instructions state that adding batteries causes four beeps. He beeps twice and that's all he does. No other displays or beeps, reading RFID cards or key fobs will do the trick. Extremely disappointed.

GENERAL FORMAT: 5 pcs. Wiegand 26-bit access control cards are programmed in standard wiegand26 H10301 format, suitable for most access control systems
