The best part about working with Career Wazé was being able to get multiple people and their opinions involved during all phases of my search process, I think this made it easier than any other platform out there! All candidates were qualified but we found that some felt more comfortable with certain aspects over others. It would be good if you could add filters to show only jobs posted near your area/city. Also having an option to narrow down searches using keywords would also be great! Being able to see who else applied so far can help us better gauge our chances of getting hired! As well as providing insight into what companies are looking for. I like that it helps me find jobs, but also gives you some tips about what employers are looking for when hiring candidates! It can be very helpful if your resume isn't perfect because there will always something wrong with yours so this tool makes sure everything looks good before sending out applications online which saves time as well. Nothing really bad at all though since i've been using careerwazewith my previous job search experience.
