Weak, uncomfortable to use

This one comes with an inflated frame, it's difficult to use a phone with a frame, so I put the inflated frame on the back (maybe it should be), but there aren't any Instructions . After opening the top to take out my phone, the entire piece of plastic holding the bag shut fell off. This went on for about two hours before it fell apart.
