It has a matte finish which I love and is very easy to install. It never bothered the Apple Watch. I've only had it on my watch for 2 days. I don't remember hitting my wrist anywhere. In fact, I was standing by the stove making scrambled eggs when I accidentally sneezed, then looked at the clock and realized the case was cracking like that. It really sucks that it has almost no durability because it's really aesthetic and easy to install. 2 days on the clock and already unusable. Pros: Looks good. Ease of installation. There's no harm in using the watch. Cons: Don't sneeze with them or they might break. Update: There was a leaflet in the package telling the seller to contact the seller if there were any problems. I did and they happily gave me either a full refund or an option to replace the item. I like the look of the case so I asked for a replacement. I hope that maybe I just got a defective case the first time. So far I haven't had any problems. No cracks. Not even abrasions. The seller is a pleasure to work with and I strongly encourage you to contact him via the email address provided on his contact card if you have any issues. They will fix the situation. At the moment I give customer service 4 out of 5 but not 5 out of 5 given the quality of the first case I received. I will update later as I continue to test the durability of the replacement. Second update: more than a month has passed since the seller sent a replacement. I have to say that the durability and quality of the replacement is excellent. Since then I haven't had a single problem. I highly recommend placing an order and if you have any problems simply contact the seller using the card that came with your order and they will quickly fix any problems you may have.
