This beautiful bag is great for carrying a laptop. It has a small pocket inside that holds a few things you don't want to reach into like headphones and a thin wallet. But the straps are terrible. Although they are "adjustable," the holes are only two inches apart; Even with the longest setup, the bag barely fits on my shoulder. That's why it always falls out of my hands. Straps never lie flat and always twist. It becomes very frustrating for me to carry this bag everywhere when I don't want to carry it in my hand. Since the straps are not removable, I cannot replace them with anything else. I would only recommend this bag for short walks, like carrying from the car to the coffee shop, which is what I do.
