Longtime and experienced PC assembler, bought one and it arrived with a deformed case (see first two pictures). Revain no problem shipped a replacement that came with an internal component that completely blocked the PCI + CPU's natural power connector! one is sure, and they replied that (1) it is not safe in the state it was shipped in , and (2) they don't guarantee it. Cords just won't plug into the outlet because they're blocked by what appears to be a capacitor that's already been squeezed in. I'm not sure if it's a manufacturing defect or the shipping process but both times Revain sent the PSU in the original packaging and with no additional padding. Finally, the markers are easy to apply because the cables are *very* stiff and not particularly pretty.
