The quality is pretty bad: Cables and connections

The sound quality on this cable seems pretty bad. It delivered noise where a similar cable didn't. Also, the cable is useless if you need a long distance between two 1/4 ports. My guess is that the wires to each connector are only about 10" from the end of the main cable. So if, like me, you're connecting elements that are far apart, it's useless.
