After a major medical event I had to sleep "propped up" - it was impossible to pile pillows, they were scattered, and I was lying flat long before morning. I researched many of these wedge pillows before settling on this one. I love how I can adjust it to different heights - I've found a configuration that works well for sitting in bed and perfect for a raised sleeping position. The pillow is wide enough that I don't feel like rolling off it (and I didn't). what I've seen.) It's very comfortable and appears to be very well made. I expect this to last a very long time. All in all, I don't think I could have made a better choice. The first night I fell asleep on it, I slept for almost 6 straight hours without waking up, something I haven't done in weeks. I feel like it gave me back some quality of life.
