Nice card if you don't need custom engraving. This product was advertised as a card that can be customized on the back. It arrived with the original message on one side and no custom engraving. I spent a lot of time writing a post to meet their criteria. I have provided a model to their specifications; for example 100 characters per line and a maximum of 5 lines. It was part of a 40th birthday gift. Needless to say, I'm disappointed with the result and the loss of time.
