Great Fleet Tracker & Communications Platform
I love that it's very easy to use, has all of our carriers available for us as well as being able to track our fleet. There can be some lag time in terms of receiving data or getting your drivers to update their GPS locations. If you're looking into doing an A-to-B comparison with another provider this is not the one we would recommend. We have been using them since 2013 and never looked elsewhere again once they came onboard. They are great at tracking everything from fuel usage all the way down to driver location/GPS status.
Pros
- It tracks both sides so if someone runs out off gas there will show up when its filled back by dispatcher after he gets home; good interface doesn't require too much training like other software options do especially newer techs who may already deal wth dispatch often enough just need something better than excel! Also works really fast compared most competitors' offerings which were slower loading
