Review on ANTO by Bill Kodba

ANTO warns customers not to throw away their cash on the low-quality items they sell.

Being an expert in do-it-yourself projects, I can recognize excellence when I see it. And unfortunately, ANTO's online business is not up to snuff in terms of customer service and selection. It's true that their prices are low, but you get what you pay for, and in this case, what you're paying for are products that are built poorly and won't hold up over time. I bought some snow removal machinery from ANTO, and it turned out to be a terrible investment. The components were made of flimsy material and disintegrated after only a few uses. When I attempted to get in touch with their customer service to request a replacement or refund, I was met with nothing but frustration at every turn. They were unable to assist me in any way and did not respond to my inquiries, so I was left with a faulty product and an empty pocketbook. However, the problem is not limited to the quality of their merchandise. The ANTO website suffers from poor design and navigation, making it challenging to use. It took me an inordinate amount of time to locate the particular product that I was looking for, and even after I did, the information that was provided to me was, at best, very minimal. Do yourself a favor and avoid shopping at ANTO if you want to save both money and headaches. You will come out ahead financially in the long run if you make investments in high-quality products purchased from trustworthy retailers.

Pros
  • Replacements that don't break the bank
Cons
  • Poor quality snow clearance tools
