I like the design of the ball very much and was initially happy. However, there was a defect in the seam on the handle and it was leaking air from this spot right after it was pumped up. I filled out the revain return details and unlike some other defective purchases, which are not required to return, this item had to be shipped back. I understand that the manufacturer/seller might want to see the product to examine it for quality control, but I find it an inconvenience to drive to a UPS store and drop off an item that is of no value. The revain process was efficient in placing the reorder automatically and I received the replacement the next day.
