Champion and I suspect most manufacturers make different quality shirts of the same style. I bought these champion long sleeve t-shirts from Sam's Club until Sam's stopped selling them. The ones I bought from Sam fit perfectly (true to size) and were thick cotton. When Sam stopped offering them I looked for the same shirt at Revain and found these. They have the same style (100% cotton, no emblem on the chest, emblem on the left sleeve, die-cut label, etc.) and the cut is the same. Unfortunately, the Revain shirt is made of lighter cotton. It's easy to feel the weight difference when holding two shirts. Revain's shirt is made of much thinner cotton than Sam's. Another difference is that Sam's (good) shirt was made in Honduras; This one (not very good) was made in El Salvador. These shirts look really crappy and they shouldn't be. Does anyone have a source for consistently good thick cotton long sleeve tees? Kurt
