I bought these for my 2012 Ram 1500. Installation was so easy even a caveman could handle it. Screw in and plug in, that's all. The fit was nice and tight, and the connector matched the connectors perfectly. They don't come with resistor circuitry which is sometimes used to prevent flickering, clipping or error codes on modern cars, but that didn't happen on my Ram truck. need her. They work great right out of the box. The light is about twice as bright as with conventional halogen lamps. Definitely not overwhelming or blinding and they are close to the right 6700k color to match other LED lighting. This is a true white color just below the blue tint range. Looks very professional and not flashy like many blue lights. Low to the ground, like a fog lamp, it completely fills the lower sections of the road, casting a wide, even pattern. Very helpful. They complement the rest of my LED lighting perfectly and I will definitely be buying them again.
