These aren't crunchy plastic bags, they feel like leftovers, a lonely candy bag lying in the back of the store, dull plastic and not so loud, crunchy shiny glitter - if that makes sense. the outer pockets so I counted them all and they included 3 extra pockets for a total of 103 pockets which was a good touch. But for my needs I will look for something else.
