Not safe for cats! They don't come loose when pulled!
The first thing that struck me when I opened the box was the free gift, obviously made for a dog. That's a thick skin that a cat can't take! It's also built in reverse order, so even if I wanted to use it, I couldn't! At this point I planned to leave the rest until I wanted to see how easily the collar would come off if my cat got caught on something. They don't go out! I went back and read the description just to make sure I didn't feel like they said they were off the hook. It is clear that they are! It's not safe for cats! i give them back
