The product is very reliable with no major issues or problems encountered whilst using it at this time although I can't imagine any would occur during my employement so far! This system has been extremely helpful across our whole hotel group as we now have one central place where all personnel are able to view room data including photos of rooms etc. No more looking through multiple spreadsheets when dealing with requests from guests - no searching around different sites for information either which makes life easier than ever before. We also utilise its ticketing facility that allows us to manage many aspects of each guest's stay within the same platform without having to rely upon other suppliers too heavily which was previously quite difficult due to their lacklustre service but not anymore!! I liked that it was user friendly. The interface is very simple which makes using this system very effective. There are many features but not all of them work as efficiently or effectively as they should. Sometimes there can be issues with certain functions such as creating new events/rooms etc so you have to wait until someone else helps resolve your issue. This is helpful while doing front desk duties at an event center. It works great overall.
