I am 5'11 180 lbs. I typically wear a 33 or 34 waist, but I read that these run slightly large so I went with a 33. The waist fits great and the elastic in the waist gives extra room if needed. Length-wise, I typically wear a 32, but after reading some reviews I decided to go with a 30 length so I could wear loafers without the pant being bunched at all on my shoe. I would not recommend these pants to a someone with a slim build because they may have a bit too much fabric in the seat area.
