To be honest I don't think this experience even deserves one star. The strip that is removed to initialize the cartridge is broken, rendering the product unusable. The material of the strip appears to have deteriorated and become so brittle that it could not be completely removed. At the time of purchase it was not clear if this product was discontinued. At this point, I just have to assume that it might be an old product that was no longer stable in operation. I'll probably get better results with remanufactured cartridges from big box office stores. I don't know what my way out is and time is pressing. Dissatisfied!
