Be careful, when something goes wrong with your product it will be a difficult task to get a refund. Received the cartridge in an HP box, it was an old box. The toner cartridge did not work properly. They got back to me straight away and after a month and a half of back and forth and having to make a claim I finally got my money back.

The product was inserted into our printer on 02/08/18 and the printed copies were black. It needs to be replaced and the deadline was 01/31/18. We order replacements whenever the existing one fits our printer. It's hard to say when that will be, but I think we need to watch out for the return date.

To be honest I don't think this experience even deserves one star. The strip that is removed to initialize the cartridge is broken, rendering the product unusable. The material of the strip appears to have deteriorated and become so brittle that it could not be completely removed. At the time of purchase it was not clear if this product was discontinued. At this point, I just have to assume that it might be an old product that was no longer stable in operation. I'll probably get better results…

Purchased in May of this year 2017 when the cartridge in the printer showed signs of leakage. I haven't had to use it until now, December 2017. I put it in the printer and only got black pages. The cartridge is unusable. If the seller is in good faith, he must offer a replacement. I hope so. Just got an update from Amazon. Seller will NOT replace a DEFECTIVE item.
