Warning, refunds are a problem when needed.
Beware if something is wrong with your product it will be a big problem to get a refund. Received the cartridge in an HP box, it was an old box. The toner cartridge did not work properly. They got back to me straight away and after a month and a half of back and forth and having to make a claim I finally got my money back.
