Purchased in January. At first it seemed cute. High pressure only comes out of the detachable head when full, not half the detachable shower head. I wouldn't call it easy installation. Not bad, just painful. The weird sticker holding the detachable head fell off after a month. I had to re-glue. Over the last few months I've noticed that some of the rubber parts on the shower head drip very little. I figured it just needed a good cleaning so I did and it still didn't work. I started pushing on the side of the rubber and these little reddish brown things came out. They're as small as the fish eggs you see on sushi and as hard as rock. I have no idea what it is. I've never seen anything like this in my life. We have lived in this house for 2 years now and this is the only shower that has started with it (it is the only reason we bought this shower head).
