Good sound quality.
The device is comfortable in the ear as long as it is not pushed too far into the ear. It fits snugly against your ear and allows you to hear ambient noise from that side. It would be better if the connector was L-shaped so the cord hangs down from the shirt instead of sticking straight out of the radio mic. Otherwise it's very good!
