I was looking for a shower head with the 'right' water pressure for my guest room. I've had these Korean ones that claim to have a lot of pressure and the water hits the skin like needles, or the water cap is just a few inches in diameter larger than the shower head. Finally, I think the type of rain is the one I should choose. I installed the same night I received the product because I was already tired, but the next day I have a guest. Installation was easy, it has a 4 step plug in card and I can't believe how easy the installation was. It comes with everything including the tools needed to remove an existing shower head and install a new one. For those reviewers who described the shower head as heavy, the square shower head weighs around 2.8 pounds and the adjustable arm around 0.7 pounds, so make sure this is an acceptable weight for your shower stall before ordering. One thing I noticed is that some of the shower jets weren't dripping, so I turned those jets around a bit and then they started dripping. Incidentally, unlike a fixed bracket, this one comes with an adjustable bracket that allows you to raise the shower head higher to accommodate people of different heights. If you want to save water, I would recommend buying a regular shower head instead of a rain shower head.
