Review on Milk_Shake Color Maintainer Shampoo 10 1 by Jackie Bear

I'm new to hair care so this is the first non-Walmart kit I've ever used. They arrived in perfect condition, wrapped in plastic, no leaks. When I first opened the shampoo and smelled it I felt a little nauseous, but it's one of those smells that you get used to. It almost reminds me of the smell of a traditional wedding cake, only very sweet. Anyway, I dyed my hair red and used a range of "color protect" shampoo and conditioner that can be found at any Walmart or Dollar store near you, and I honestly thought that was enough. After a few washes, my hair became dull and I knew best not to dye it, so I did some research. After several videos and reviews I decided to order this shampoo, conditioner and rinse-off set and let me tell you! Right after my shower I went into my kitchen (which has the usual interior lighting) and my cousin immediately noticed the difference. I didn't tell her I got this product or anything and when she saw me she thought I dyed my hair again! I was shocked that she noticed a difference because after my hair dried I thought it was all in my head, NO! Two more washes later and my hair looks revitalized and much lighter than before. My ends are still a little frizzy but it will take time to heal. In short, 10/10 VALUE FOR YOUR MONEY! Don't let the sweet smell put you off, it's worth it!
