This light is nice and bright. The 5D lens lets the spot beam shine further than any 5D lens. side of the road in the hood or in the forest. This light is much brighter than the 50" ANNT I bought from Amazon, but it's not a 5D lens. But one day I found out about 5D lenses. .This was a must for me and I'm glad I did. There is a whistle coming from the light bar when going upwind at different speeds, but I found an EASY SOLUTION TO THIS on YouTube. Just go to YouTube and type in the Light Bar Whistle Fix. There are different methods, but I used black car door edge molding, I glued it to all edges of the light panel along the entire length, in each pack were 4 packs of 18ft. Loud whistles went down from 200 percent to 15 percent. There is another method that supposedly eliminates all noise forever using 2 strips of Lowes or Homedepo vinyl flooring 48" for $2 each. I bought it but haven't tried it yet. But overall I recommend this light rod to the $1000+ light rods.
