I bought this to fit my 2014 Wrangler. The kit contains everything you need except the tools. At first I thought I would have to remove the bumper but I figured out how to get the nuts in place. Use the closed end of the combination wrench, slightly larger than the nut size, to hold the nut in place. Then put it between the bumper and the frame. Slide the bolt through the holes in the frame, hook and maneuver the nut with the combination wrench until it hits the bolt, then hand tighten to secure the nut to the bolt. Repeat the same for the remaining three screws, then tighten them as usual using an appropriately sized wrench and socket. Plastic snap connectors are even attached to the wiring harness to match the factory pre-drilled holes. Couldn't be easier.
