You have to stick to the diet!

Many years ago I used the Original Biogenic HCG Generator and lost 20 pounds in just 3 weeks. I maintained my weight, but due to some medical issues, I couldn't try the diet again. I found an alternative to HCG and lost 32 pounds in one month. Keep in mind that I am following the original 500 calorie HCG diet found in my research and not the diet found in the supplement. I also drink a good 100 ounces of water a day. I still cheat and adjust my calories so I can cheat. In the morning I use salad dressing and sugar-free vanilla cream with my coffee. They are on a restricted diet, but after just a few days on a 500 calorie diet I completely lost my appetite. There were days when I realized I'd forgotten to eat - not good, I know - but my job is very labor intensive, and I often worked during the day and just ate an apple and then a big lunch to get my 500 calories to get. Sometimes I get so tired from work (not sluggish from the diet - I really have a lot of energy on a diet). I'm a professional organizer and I'm always on the go. that when I get home that I might pass out after a shower if I hadn't pre-cooked my protein! :) Just be realistic. If you cheat, YOU GAIN WEIGHT. So if you plan on eating a cheat meal, don't take the supplements. I promise you will gain a pound or two if you do. I maintained my original 20 pounds by eating very healthily and exercising moderately. From my perspective, I might really want that bacon cheeseburger and fries, but it's still here in 30 days, and I can turn it into a healthy eating plan with a weekly cheat day. Food will always be there, but as you continue to eat it, your weight will change as well. So stick to the 500 calorie diet and research the original HCG diet plan. On the day I eat all my calories, my diet looks like this: MORNING - 2 cups of coffee with cream and no sugar; Lunch - Turkey Rolls with Spinach; Dinner - 2 cups greens and greens with 2 tablespoons farm dressing with 4 ounces baked chicken or fish. and if I have a sweet tooth - an apple. AND LOTS OF WATER! Much luck!
