I installed these for many different customers and all of have loved the way they look.They are easy to install and much cheaper than most others on the market. At $3/foot and add tape light at $2/foot together making only $5/foot that is extremely cheap. Most lighting companies charge $30/foot for the tape light alone without this channel. Yes, they can be tricky to clip into the mounts they send with them but just make sure you install the provided screws all the way in and the mounts are secured tightly. Then put the channel in at an angle on one side the bang in the other side with the palm of your hand. Never have had issues with them falling down or not snapping in properly. Using these look much better than just installing the tape light on the wood. The cover diffuses the LED lights so they are not so bright on a granite countertop. As you can see in the pictures they are good for up lighting as they keep the dust from collecting on the LED electrodes. I have had issues with the adhesive not staying on the wood from the tape light so these were necessary for a good installation. I have purchased many boxes of these and hope they never stop selling them because they are awesome.
