I had a similar belt (same design and material, just thinner) from another seller. It was great except I didn't know how stretchy it would be so I went for a size Large. It took me a very long time. It worked because my friend needed it and liked it too, so I gave it to him. I stumbled across this one in Medium and it literally fits me perfectly. It also has a nice stretch that's shaped rather than smothering. I can squat or bend over and it doesn't give me a big bun. I like the belt! Highly recommended!
