Review on πŸ–ŠοΈ CELINI Stylus Pen for iPad: Palm Rejection, Tilting Detection, and Magnetic Adsorption by Michael Hale

Works great but scratched the screen

I wanted a stylus but didn't want to spend money on an Apple Pencil because I wouldn't use it for anything important (not a graphic designer). , artists, etc.). Above all, I wanted a palm-safe pen with a fine tip and tilting function. This pen fits. It feels comfortable in your hand, is easy to use and looks and feels like an Apple Pencil. Having never used an Apple Pencil I don't know if the design is the same, but I don't like that the button on the side of the pen where the charger goes in is on the same side as the magnet. This prevents the stylus from sticking to the side of the iPad and being easily knocked off. The pen magnet itself is also quite weak. A big problem - this pen scratched my screen. It doesn't feel like it has sharp edges, but it's clearly an unsafe option. I didn't take off all the stars because if you have an older iPad model that might be used by kids or is already a bit dented, that won't bother you. However, I have a new expensive iPad Pro and I am not at all happy with the scratch. Lesson Learned: Buy an Apple Pencil to be on the safe side.

Pros
  • Accurate and smooth
Cons
  • So far so good
