The quality is fine, it's fine to use.

Intuitively, it seems to stop reading and display about 120 when the actual pulse is 140-150, which is frustrating because I got it to monitor my pulse during exercise. I double-checked it with my wife's Apple Watch 3 and manually (by placing a second hand on her radial artery). If precise readings of your heart rate are a priority, you should look elsewhere. The rest of it is fine.

If your pulse is over 120, your reading is likely off.
