Bought for 4 year old daughter, worked about 3 weeks and then suddenly stopped charging. I would plug it in, I tried 3 different chargers and it wouldn't charge at all, it died and wouldn't turn back on. At first I was very upset and disappointed but Revain allowed me to return it and get a free replacement. I was so surprised at how quick and easy the process was. The day after the return we received a new tablet, so far it has worked great and I am happy with the customer service. This is a cute tablet for kids, it comes with a screen cover and a protective case. It comes with some games preinstalled but I had to go to the Google store to download Netflix and some other games. But overall I am happy with my purchase and my daughter loves it.
