I like this mirror as it has some good qualities. On the last 10x mirror, I turned on the "Touch" power button and didn't like it. The only thing I don't like about this mirror is that the gooseneck isn't as strong as shown in the picture. I can't get my mirror to stay in the position shown. I will stretch straight (perpendicular to the mirror) but not arch upwards. All in all it's a really good article and I'm satisfied for the most part. UPDATE: I was finally able to get a handheld mirror to easily stay in the position shown in the photo. For this reason I have nothing bad to say about this item and will raise my star rating from 4 to 5.
