Badly broken on first use

Seat completely broken on first use and suddenly fell apart. We're well under the 400lb weight limit! We picked up a stool for a picnic on a hike and it was fine for a few moments, and then it fell apart out of nowhere while I was sitting on it, resulting in minor injuries. I am very disappointed in this product. I was really hoping this would work as it is so simple and easy to use.
