Their support system has been extremely helpful through every step of starting my new online store. I was very hesitant at first as the platform looks so complicated. But once I understood how everything works the team are fantastic. The ease of their inventory management and website management has saved me hundreds over the last year. I honestly have nothing I dislike about the service they provide. We were just getting overwhelmed with running our store properly. This system solved that problem perfectly! The product has helped us to automate our inventory management process by creating automated orders from different sources like amazon or shopify as well as custom order types. It also helps me keep track of my stock levels which was one of the most time consuming processes before using this tool. I have not found anything dislike so far about it but would love if they could add more features such as warehouse pick up notifications. Automating manual work makes life easy!
