I bought this dock when my wife and I transitioned to the new 13 inch XPS 2-in-1s that were released late last year. At the same time I bought a Lenovo graphics dock. Lenovo has worked flawlessly every time my wife and I have plugged it in, while this dock is so unreliable that I expected it to fail. The main issue is connecting a second display - that's the main reason I wanted a docking station . I tried to fix it. I tried DVI, HDMI, new drivers - nothing works. I followed the instructions on the Plugable website for the same issue. Your support seems helpful, but a device swap is almost always required. Save yourself the headache - try another brand.
