Item was dirty on arrival as if it had been used. Strangely, the dirt/drip marks were on the product and not the small box it came in. After cleaning and using it I noticed the bristles were rough which may have damaged my table. Although I could replace the brushes. What disappointed me the most was that the "wireless charging" was not wireless at all, let alone worked. My phone case isn't thick so I'm assuming there wasn't a connection issue. How the charging function was supposed to work was explained in the instructions that I would have to connect a short USB cable to the vacuum and place the phone "underneath" when clearly it should have been on top. If you are looking for a cheap desktop vacuum with a rigid and durable platform, this is fine. However, if you need a wireless charger, you should look elsewhere. Although I have to say that the concept of the product is interesting.
