The good things first: the call quality is excellent. Nobody complained about my poor understanding and I heard them perfectly. The headset is great for that. And now for the minus: it is so light that it can fall off your head. I don't know if that's because of my large head (size 7 3/8 or 7 1/2 cap size) or the attachment point on the other side is so small and light. Regardless of the ultimate cause, it slips out of my ear almost every time I try to move while speaking, unless I'm moving very slowly. You'll need to make the opposite side's rubber end bigger and tighter to serve as a proper counterweight. and handle to securely fix the headset. The large foam padding around the speaker helps a little too, as your ear has more surface area to keep it in place at the bottom. Again, this might only be an issue for those with larger heads, so you might not even notice it if you have the best fit, but this headset is so light it takes quite a bit of time to get it out of place if I do use it .
