*update* I was contacted by Eastshine and they offered to replace my block for free and offered to pay for return shipping. They also assured me that drawers aren't usually that easy to open. But since I had already disposed of the case, printed out a new case for it and soldered the connections to the circuit board, I declined. raised the overall rating to 3/5 *Rating slightly changed* One of the contacts on the skid broke after 5 days, I decided to open it up to see if the contact can be welded to make it stand upright again with something very weak adhesive, I was able to easily pry off the backing (it literally popped open as soon as I pressed the tip of the screwdriver). The motherboard is fairly floating, held in place by the tight fit of the AC and DC connectors, and tethered to the main display with a cable. There are a total of 4 screws that simply hold the display flush to the case. If I dropped it the wrong way it would pop up for sure. Board and components are as expected in this price range. However, I think they should make the device a bit more expensive by adding case screws and maybe a stronger slide.
