Today is the first day I take these capsules. I use them in combination with strength training 3 times a week and am generally active (cleaning the house, taking my baby to the pool etc.), eating mindfully and taking Plenity capsules. Since I lift quite a bit, I look at inches more than the scale, but I'm quite a tall girl, so I expect my weight to drop a bit. I set a reminder on my phone to come back after a month. 🀞🏻 UPDATE JULY 5: My waist has shrunk by about half an inch. Whether it's the water weight or whatever, idk, but it's been a constant reading the past few days so I'll take it. Heartburn was an issue with this supplement. To do this, keep anti-acid products nearby. I'm quite sensitive to caffeine and if I take it late in the morning I've found that it affects my ability to sleep. Cut down on other caffeine if this applies to you. Otherwise I didn't notice any side effects. I'm still getting up and getting stronger, I'm still eating consciously and not depriving myself. After over a decade of erratic eating and weight gain, I know I've damaged my metabolism and I don't want to go back to compulsive habits, so this slow fat loss is intentional on my part. I will keep updating.
