The product would be better with rotating the small circle.
I bought two packs for jewelry making and was very happy to receive them. The only problem? In the end they were useless. The bottom loop is used to attach jump ring jewelry. In my case, leather earrings. Unfortunately, I can't use them unless I want to use multiple jump rings, making them more prone to twisting and breaking. If the loop were parallel to the bezel, it would make more sense and benefit.
