The customer service is amazing - I love that you can actually talk with someone over chat or phone if needed! It's so easy when trying out new things like this. Sometimes it gets annoying since there are too many options/features which makes everything look similar but not completely alike as well sometimes. Just try them all out first before buying and make sure they're what your looking for because some of their features aren't available in others. We have been able to find exactly how our event has gone down after using send reminders through the app and we've seen an increase in attendance by about 100% (even though people knew going into it was free).
