Glyph Tech Amazing American Tech Company: Great Products, Incredible Support

Glyph Tech is an amazing group of people with great values. I had a small problem reformatting a Glyph Atom 1GB for my Microsoft SurfacePro. I called Glyph (it was Friday office hours). I have a person within 3 minutes. Plus he knew what he was talking about and resolved my issue in 5 minutes, waited until I was satisfied everything was cool and exceptionally competent and pleasant. It's amazing that nowadays it's possible to call the helpdesk and get something more than a robot or an offshore company to take calls that 9 times out of 10 can't solve anything other than fully scripted scripts. , beautiful and excellent solid state drive. I've used their standard hard drives for years for heavy-duty use in my recording studio (a niche they've carved out for themselves). They last longer and perform better than traditional discs. This is a New York company. everything is assembled and tested in NY. Glyph designs are engineered for better thermal management, therefore offering better performance and longer lifespan. They come with a 2 year guarantee. But surprisingly, they also guarantee your data - which is utterly outrageous and exceptionally valuable given that third-party data recovery companies require an arm and a leg - and what's more, Glyph will provide a replacement while they fix yours. And in one case where I used them to recover data, it actually worked and I got my data back! When my LaCie drive failed, data recovery from an independent service cost over $3,000 and LaCie offered no support whatsoever. I have to say we need more companies like Glyph. Even though they charge a little more than the competition, I assure you that when you need the service, it's more than worth the premium. Have you ever lost data? It's destructive. Most people never think about it.

Pros
