At first I liked this bidet seat, but there were a few issues that made me take something else: 1. Hair dryer is unstable. There is a small plastic flap covering the fan exhaust, which should move up when the fan turns on. In practice, it's usually sticky, so the only way to get it to work is to reach down while sitting on the toilet and turn it over. I refused to use the dryer.2. A few days ago I noticed that the reservoir was starting to leak (dripping from the nozzle and chassis when not in use). I removed and reinstalled the seat, which stopped the leak, but the slow drip leads me to think there might be a micro-crack somewhere that will cause problems later. significant problems - I've only had it for about three months.
