Multi-region DVD player, easy to set up, easy to use, with everything you need to set it up! Sandoo makes good products at great prices; and has a very personable customer service to back them up. We have received several products and are very happy with our experience. This player looks good and is easy to use. Settling in was very easy, the hardest part was moving the furniture. The kit includes everything you need to set up the player. {All you need is 2 AA batteries for the remote control} It comes with a nice remote control that is pretty intuitive. HDMI cable, RCA audio/video jacks, DVD player and easy to follow instructions with great illustrations. All the information needed for the warranty and how to get in touch. etc. is on the back. It's good to fill it up. This is a great DVD player with a beautiful picture. It's very clear even when you pause it. Love the LED panel, it lets you know what's going on. {I've had a few players who didn't have it and didn't even know when it was on.}. I also like that you can work with the machine, with or without a remote control. There is a convenient control panel on the front. The keys are shaped like an icon, making them great for when you need to "see with your fingers". We need a multi-region player because we have many videos from other countries that didn't play on our evil Blu. - Ray player. We are very happy with our little Sandoo DVD player, we were able to watch our favorite things! We also like the remote control. It's a good size and easy to understand.
