This is definitely one of the best headphones I know, but I'm not an audiology expert, although I love music and consider myself a music lover. I haven't bought any other IEMs as I can't imagine spending an inordinate amount of £300 or £400 on headphones when the same great quality can be found in headphones like these for less than a fraction of the price. The bass of these puppies is excellent. They have a long range; The highs are present but not overpowering, the mids are crisp and pleasing, but in the lows their power really shines. They sound full and balanced, and you want more. Treble is just as important as bass, and it shows in these headphones. I heard effects/sounds in these headphones that I didn't hear in my other headphones, which made me very happy. It becomes crystal clear with great performance as the sound moves from L to R. It can sometimes feel like it overpowers the bass or just sounds too high, but overall it's very balanced. The wearing comfort of these headphones is second to none. The feeling of wearing them is comparable to the feeling of not wearing them, in the sense that nothing seems to be there, no discomfort, no slippage from the ear and an undeniable secure fit, whatever the activity. There were only 2 downsides that I can think of.1. The volume might be quieter compared to others, but it doesn't distract me from using it in the slightest. Slightly corrected by increasing the specified volume.2. There's only one play/pause button on the remote compared to the standard + and - buttons on other headphones, but again, ignore that here. These disadvantages do not detract from the satisfaction that pleases me. Not to mention the price! I highly recommend them to anyone who craves a real sound that is different from the rest. UPDATE --------> I've been using these headphones literally every day since my original purchase on August 8th until others joined them. What happened was that the inside of the headphone jack started losing connection, causing the right earbud to stop working. From what I've read in other reviews it's difficult to just replace the cable so I just bought a new set. To be honest these are the only headphones I use now.
