good value Just not a gaming headset.

Unfortunately these don't work for what I bought them - gaming headphones for my son. The microphone does not work when connected to PS4 game controllers. I liked the idea of just swapping the cable on the headphones since he changes them quite often. The sound quality is okay for the money. They're fairly flat, which I prefer. They can be adjusted with your phone/device's equalizer and handle more bass. If you are buying these for music I would say they are worth it. If you're buying them to…

Amazing quality without spending a lot of money

I'm not the type to perform often, but when I do I use in-ear headphones. I did everything I could to get the sound on stage but I seem to be having quality issues. I played with the GranVela A8 and immediately felt the difference in clarity and was able to dial in and hear everything I needed thanks to the dual drive system. I also found the earbuds to be the most comfortable in my ears. I finally have a product that stays where I put it. I didn't have to readjust once during the entire…

Great headphones, fit very well!

I've had these headphones for a few months now and they are fantastic. I'm not a very active user as I only use them when walking or exercising, but they haven't let me down yet. Other headphones I've had have always failed at this point in their life cycle, usually due to actual cable damage, but they still look and sound just as good as when I first got them. The only issue I had initially was that the earbuds are easy to lose as they are detachable. The kit comes with a small pouch that can…

Need real headphone cable without microphone option.

If they ONLY came with cables with no microphone I would give them 5 stars. (You can use spare MEE Audio M6 PRO cables with it. For only $40 you can get a nice set of working or backup IEMs). These are the best dual drivers I've heard in the under $300 range. Super comfortable, they stay in place and I forget I'm wearing them. I have big ear canals and forget I'm wearing them. No constant fidgeting. I had to buy the M6-Pro MEE Audio kit just to get a real IEM cable to make them work with…

The best headphones I've ever had. . .

Picky about headphones. I want the highest accuracy I can get, but no more than $100. As a drummer I have three or four songs with great sounding drums that I use to judge the quality of headphones and over the years I've struggled to find a pair with the right balance of clean highs that don't sound harsh . or tinny (snare drums and cymbals) and solid, clean low frequencies that aren't boomy and dirty (bass drums). , more than double the noise-cancelling ability of any regular pair of…

Poor quality Headphones

I bought them in July 8 months ago. I really like aspects of the design like the cable that goes over my ear, the button that lets me pause or play media, and the fact that the cable connects to the headphones instead of being permanently plugged in. However, the headphones are already falling apart. A few months ago the transition point of the cord to the plug tore to the breaking point. I glued it and recently the glue came loose showing the crack is huge now. Compared to other headphones I…

Unbelievable. via headphones

This is definitely one of the best headphones I know, but I'm not an audiology expert, although I love music and consider myself a music lover. I haven't bought any other IEMs as I can't imagine spending an inordinate amount of £300 or £400 on headphones when the same great quality can be found in headphones like these for less than a fraction of the price. The bass of these puppies is excellent. They have a long range; The highs are present but not overpowering, the mids are crisp and…

Pros
  • Nice to use

  • Cable is shorter than others

Granvela A8s VS JVC Gumy Plus.

I am writing this review in comparison to the JVC Gumy Plus headphones which I also own. I have used the cheap headphones that come with the players as well as the $125 headphones and they all have a few things in common for great sound, PERFECT FIT, EQ if you have one and they all seem to break too soon (one ear comes out, there's no loves for me). About me: I have very large ear canals and prefer bright speakers and earbuds that emphasize vocals. I rarely turn on the bass. These Granvela A8…
