Poor quality Headphones

I bought them in July 8 months ago. I really like aspects of the design like the cable that goes over my ear, the button that lets me pause or play media, and the fact that the cable connects to the headphones instead of being permanently plugged in. However, the headphones are already falling apart. A few months ago the transition point of the cord to the plug tore to the breaking point. I glued it and recently the glue came loose showing the crack is huge now. Compared to other headphones I have, this section is a lot thinner and I can understand why it ripped. Photos are attached below. The material covering the wires where they run around the ears also warped and snapped, which shouldn't have happened. It had not had the smooth shape seen in the sample photos for several months, and now a crack had formed so severe that it had completely detached. Photos are attached. These could have been great headphones if they'd spent a little more money on the quality of the cable. Another gripe is that the rubber earcups, which used to be extremely difficult to put on, are now so loose that they bounce off the headphones. the slightest provocation, and I almost lost one several times. Another problem is that the cable is very sticky, which makes the headphones twitch behind the ears even though the cable is there. For example, when it goes under the straps, the friction is so great that it acts like there is no cable available, rather than just sliding and loosening in the cable. I'm guessing it's meant to be an "anti-tangle" feature, but instead it means even the smallest tangle is hard to untangle because the cord doesn't just slide over itself to untangle even a twist. Things that aren't even confusion become confusion because it takes so much work to fix.
