Only the white bar does not have built in dimmers as advertised. Once plugged in, it stays in its brightest mode and cannot be changed. I am not sure if this was a manufacturing issue or if it is false advertising. The company did the right thing by sending me a $57 Pro RGB XXL strip for free. The cool white color of this model is exactly what I wanted and it has a remote control for dimming the LEDs. From 1 to 3 stars because of customer service. The Pro XXL RGB Strip is really good and deserves 5 stars. Based on my initial experience of receiving a product that was not as advertised I have to give this 3 star review.
